Refund Policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Remineralization is slow and invisible. You cannot feel it working, which is exactly why we take the risk instead of you. Chew Mineral every day for 60 days. If you are not glad you did, tell us and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to send anything back. Keep the packs. Keep what is left in them.

Who Can Claim

To qualify, all of the following must be true:

  • Your request reaches us within 60 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.
  • The order was placed directly through mineraldaily.com.
  • You email us from the address used on the order, or include the order number.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded. The 60-day window runs from confirmed delivery, not from the order date.

How to Claim

  1. Email help@mineraldaily.com with your full name and order number, and tell us you would like a refund.
  2. We reply within 24–48 hours. There is no form to fill in and no product to ship back.
  3. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 15 business days.
  4. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 10 business days to post it to your account. That part is outside our control.

What Is Not Covered

  • Requests made more than 60 days after delivery.
  • Orders bought through any reseller or third-party marketplace rather than from us directly.
  • Original shipping and handling charges.

To keep the guarantee available to genuine customers, we may decline requests from anyone showing a repeated pattern of refunds — which we define as more than two refunds in any 12-month period.

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, email help@mineraldaily.com straight away and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. We may ask for a photo so we can sort it out quickly and take it up with our carrier.

This is separate from the 60-day guarantee and is not counted against it.

Cancelling an Order

If your order has not yet shipped, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it is with the carrier we cannot recall it, but the 60-day guarantee still applies from the day it arrives.

European Union  14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel and return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without giving a justification. Items returned under this right must be unused and in their original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. This right is in addition to our 60-day guarantee, not instead of it — whichever is better for you is the one that applies.

By completing a purchase on mineraldaily.com you confirm that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy, including its time limits and exclusions.
